November can feel grey, busy and a little long. So this autumn, we’re arranging three Sundays to pause, move and recharge together. Saha Sunday Sessions is a studio experience combining a short workshop, time to connect, and a 75-minute yoga practice. We begin with a little movement and exploration, gradually moving towards Yin/restorative yoga and deep rest.
Each session will combine a 30-minute technical workshop to further our practice, a short Fika break, and a 75-minute slow yoga practice combining movement and stillness. No previous yoga experience is needed. Throughout the practice, we offer different options so that you can adapt the movements and intensity to your own body and needs. The sessions are taught in English or Swedish depending on the group.

What do I need?
The studio is fully equipped with mats and props. So come as you are. 
Price & Booking
Places are limited, so please register for the session using the form. When registering, please specify which dates you intend to attend.
Saha is a non-profit initiative, and we aim to keep our activities accessible. Saha members join for free. Donations on site are always welcome and help us continue creating activities and experiences together.
Non-members: To complete your booking, please fill in the form below and pay 200 SEK for each event date you wish to attend.

Cancellation & Waiting List
For both members and non-members, cancellations should be made in writing to info@saha.nu as soon as possible. Please include your name and the date of the event you wish to cancel. As places are limited, we kindly ask you to cancel promptly so that someone else can attend.
For non-members, the 200 SEK fee will be refunded for cancellations made at least one week before the event. Cancellations made later than this are non-refundable.
Once all places have been filled, additional registrations will be placed on a waiting list. If a place becomes available, we will contact the next person on the waiting list, up until the day before the event.
