Saha began with a conversation.
Deepa and Maria met at work, suddenly in a passionate conversation about traveling, van-life, creative outlets and shared longing for a slower pace and living with presence. That same year, we each travelled to opposite sides of the world to complete our yoga teacher trainings.
When we returned home, we created Saha as a place where yoga, meditation, creativity, and community could continue to grow. A place where there is no expectation to perform, only an invitation to arrive exactly as you are, and share. We believe that wellbeing is something we cultivate together. Through movement, stillness, creativity, and connection. We hope to create spaces where people feel safe to explore, grow, and simply be.
Saha is a non-profit organisation dedicated to making wellbeing accessible through yoga, creative practices, and community.
Come as you are. Grow together.
Hi🌿 I am Deepa.
Meditation and yoga has been present throughout my life for many years, but it was yin yoga that truly transformed my way of practicing. In 2023, I completed my yoga teacher training with a focus on meditation, vinyasa, and yin yoga. My classes are rooted in presence and compassion, creating space for both movement and stillness.
Outside of yoga, I find inspiration in writing, poetry, nature, and the small moments that remind us to slow down.
I hope to offer a space where you can build authentic connections to yourself, others, and the world around you.

Hi 🌿 I am Maria.
Yoga entered my life during a time when I needed it most. It taught me how to listen to my body, breath, and the present moment. In 2023, I became a certified yoga teacher with a focus on hatha, vinyasa, and restorative yoga. My intention is to create classes that feel welcoming and grounding for everyone, whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to your practice.
Beyond yoga, I am deeply inspired by photography, nature, and creativity as ways of seeing and connecting with the world.
I hope my classes become a place where you can simply breathe, move, and meet yourself with kindness.
